Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer with an impressive record to join our talented Soho based team. You will be building our data pipelines that run continuously on large volumes of daily usage data from digital music services including Spotify, Youtube, TikTok and Apple Music.

What you'll do

  • Build and support large scale realtime and batch-based data pipelines
  • Design clear and well thought through data models and interfaces for your team's services
  • Write SQL-based data transformations with comprehensive unit and integration testing
  • Manage all infrastructure as code using AWS CDK in Typescript

Who you are

  • Practical experience in data modelling techniques and methodologies
  • Developed data services using AWS managed storage, SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Built ELT processes using distributed databases such as Snowflake, Redshift or Presto
  • Understand the value of taking a test driven approach to development (TDD)
  • Enjoy working in an agile, cross-functional, fast-moving team
