Engineering Lead

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join our talented Soho based team. You will lead one of our new feature teams, focussed on building our capability to pay creators fairly based on daily usage from digital music services including Spotify, Youtube and Apple Music.

What you'll do

  • Lead an engineering team delivering large scale batch and realtime data processing pipelines
  • Work together with your team to make reliable software deliveries others can depend on
  • Manage your team's dependencies and blockers, and keep them moving towards their goals
  • Work with your Engineering Manager to build an agile, collaborative and improving team

Who you are

  • Worked on complex engineering projects, and know how to deliver great software
  • Have hands-on experience continuously delivering scalable, highly-available and performant software
  • Take pride in your ability to reliably deliver while maintaining high quality
  • Communicate effectively and are confident working with managers, architects, product owners and other teams
  • Strive to cultivate a strong engineering culture within an agile team
